Eastern, NC [October 22, 2026] NC East Alliance is pleased to announce Elizabeth Pittman as its new Digital Content & Media Specialist.
In this role, Pittman will support NC East Alliance’s marketing and communications efforts through digital content creation, photography, videography, and social media management. She will help advance the organization’s regional marketing initiatives and showcase the people, businesses, and opportunities that contribute to Eastern North Carolina’s growth.

I look forward to sharing the stories of the people, businesses, and opportunities that make Eastern North Carolina such a special place to live, work, and grow,” said Pittman. “I’m excited to shine a spotlight on those who make our region unique and help tell the story of Eastern NC.”
Pittman brings experience in digital media production, video editing, photography, and marketing communications. Most recently, she served as a Digital Content Producer and Video Editor/Videographer with WNCT, where she wrote website articles, produced video segments, and supported live event coverage. Her previous experience includes marketing with Bluewater Vacation Rentals and social media management with the Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in film studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in integrated marketing communication.
