Lauren Phillips Raynor is the Director of Marketing and Communications for NC East Alliance, where she leads brand strategy, digital communications, and content efforts that support workforce development across Eastern North Carolina. She has played a key role in developing the “Deeply Rooted” Eastern North Carolina brand, a storytelling initiative focused on strengthening regional identity and retaining talent.

Prior to joining NC East Alliance, Lauren served as Director of Marketing and Communications for the Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce, where she led social media, advertising, and the production of Glimpse Magazine.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Communications from Meredith College, along with a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Digital Communication.
