As you make your summer travel plans, you may want to include visiting Edenton and experience more of its rich history through a self-guided tour highlighting 10 of our Historic Sites. Seeing old buildings may not spur an adventurous spirit, but knowing the story behind the façade may be a beginning. There is nothing that may be more enticing than a quiet stroll among history, enjoying the century old trees, brick sidewalks, and glistening waters of Edenton Bay.
