A successful region built on a strategic plan
North Carolina's Eastern Region completed a ten-month regional planning project. The process produced a Strategic Economic Development Plan and Implementation Roadmap that is tailored to the unique needs of the Region. The process was guided by a strategic planning committee comprised of business and industry leaders, economic developers, academics, community leaders, workforce development, transportation, infrastructure, minority and faith-based advocacy representatives. to review the plan, select one of the following files for download.
